Residents and visitors are invited to save 50 percent on the cost of carnival rides by purchasing ride tickets in advance for O’Fallon’s three-day Heritage & Freedom Fest celebration on July 2 -4 at the Ozzie Smith Sports Complex, 900 T.R. Hughes Boulevard, O’Fallon, Missouri 63366.

Tickets purchased in advance can be used at any time during the festival. Advance tickets cost $.50 cents each, and are available through Thursday, July 1, at:

1. The O’Fallon Parks and Recreation Administration Office, 400 Civic Park Drive (63366)

2. The Renaud Spirit Center (RSC), 2650 Tri Sports Circle (63368)

Regularly-priced tickets will be sold at the Heritage & Freedom Fest during festival hours at a cost of $1 per ticket. Regularly-priced rides require between two to five tickets, or $2-$5. No refunds will be given for unused tickets.

On Family Night, which will be held from 5 – 9 p.m. on Friday, July 2, wrist bands good for an unlimited number of rides will be sold on the festival grounds for $20 each. The wristbands can only be used on July 2.

Festival grounds also will be open over the weekend from noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday, July 3, and noon to 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 4, with nationally-known and popular regional bands, side shows, carnival rides and a midway, a free kids’ area with games and inflatables, and fireworks.
